Montell Douglas was the first British woman to compete at both a Summer and Winter Olympics, is a TV personality and distinguished speaker.
She boasts a double decade Olympic sporting career that has evolved into HR and Media and has cemented her place in history many times. The first becoming the fastest British Woman of all time in 2008, which was followed up almost 15 years later by her Beijing 2022 appearance for the Winter Games in Women’s bobsleigh. Her academic career is as full as her sporting one, with Bachelors in both Sports Science and Psychology, and she is currently pursuing a Masters in Sports Directorship.
Montell has utilised her experience and knowledge to coach at an international level and has a passion for consulting. Having transitioned into the corporate world post athletic career, Montell’s successful transition across industry, embarking on a journey through sport and personal development, has allowed her the fortune to inspire over 20,000 young people on her quest for social empowerment.

Naomi co-authored the Sunday Times Best-selling book ‘Menopausing’ with Davina McCall, receiving two British Book awards with Book of the Year 2023 and Lifestyle Book of the Year.
A UK based British Menopause society accredited specialist, Naomi worked as an NHS doctor and GP A UK with a specialist interest in women’s health for 16 years with experience in Obstetrics and Gynaecology, Psychiatry and Emergency Medicine.
As a GP Naomi established an interest in menopause, recognising it as an area neglected in terms of attention, education, and funding – with the aim to now to educate and empower women with knowledge so they can know how and where they can find the help they need.

Jane started her career in fitness aged 19 when she trained as a fitness instructor whilst doing her undergraduate studies in London. She went on to do a Master of Science in Sports Management at Sheffield University where she first studied women and exercise. Her research paper looked specifically into societal factors and how poorly women were (and still are) served, when it comes to sport & exercise. She has since been on a mission to discover the best ways to bring movement to women from a health rather than aesthetics perspective.
Along the way she has generated a career in media, health and fitness as a consultant, writer, content creator and presenter. Jane has developed numerous fitness programmes and, as a personal trainer and fitness instructor, taught thousands of women through her in person and virtual studios. She started writing articles for a fitness journal in her 20’s and went on to be a writer for many women’s publications, writing the book, ‘The Ultimate Guide to Pregnancy Fitness’ in 2013.
Jane has worked as a consultant for blue chip companies – Boots, Nike, BP, American Express and created content & presented countless videos & TV shows for EMAP (Bauer Media), BBC, ITV & Discovery Health. She was the Fitness Expert on The Lorraine show/GMTV from 2011 and continues to appear on the show, giving the audience her worldly advice on all things fitness. Jane is a single Mum with 2 teenage kids living in South London.
Jane’s online studio offers numerous programmes for women including pre and postnatal, peri/menopausal programmes as well as a Women’s Strength Training Programme which she launched last year along with The Strong Sisterhood. The Strong Sisterhood is an online and in-person community offering non intimidating advice and support as well as training programmes for women. Jane also has a particular interest in the pelvic floor and has recently developed a unique programme called The Power of Your Pelvic Floor. With 1 in 3 women suffering from incontinence issues, sport & exercise has often been seen as out of bounds. Her new programme launched this year uses innovative exercises &
support systems to ensure every woman can do whatever sport or exercise they choose.
